MDE and friends can change my plans

I want to send an invite to friends on my friends & family list so I can make a few FPPs for us. However, I don't want them to be able to see all my plans and make changes from their MDE. How do I make sure they can't change anything? TIA

As soon as you complete your FP booking, Delete these friends from your MDX(E) Account. They’ll only see their FPs and can’t mess up your plans.

Yes, but between the time they accept my share invite and the time I make the FPs I don't want them to be able to see all my reservations, memory maker photos from past trip, etc.

After you link them, go to each person’s Profile in your MDX account and Select:
Only Plans We Share

Also, from the MDX website, make sure you have Selected not to share photos.
