MDE account question for hotel charges/payment method

Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot, but when I log into my account on the computer under hotel charges for balance due and incidental expenses it lists the credit card I entered as well as letting me know I have made my hotel Pin numbers. However when I was looking at the app under payment method, it does not have the card listed or the room account pin. Am i suppose to enter it in both places? I just don't want to mess anything up.

One place is sufficient. The app tends to display less info in general.
