Despite not currently showing on the TSA website for United, TSA pre in B was running a lane today specifically for Touchless and it worked on United. Website only shows AA for MCO but it’s not being updated because of the shutdown. It worked for me on UA, a few others went through successfully idk who they were flying but was the DL/UA area of MCO so... The officer first asked if the person was Touchless and then if they said yes they could step up to the camera. (It’s a different camera than the normal lanes.) The line was empty so if TSA gets messy in the next couple weeks this could matter.

I missed the sign and thought the line was closed so got in the tsa pre line next to it and ended up watching a couple people walk through from there. Lines were moving quick so I didn’t relocate and when I got up to the officer I asked if I could do Touchless and he said sure. Very fast, hope the program continues to grow.

Thanks for the info! I cant decide if I have used this or not, it is at my home airport. I didnt opt in that I am aware of. But I have had them not ask for ID before and I thought that was odd, but I also have Clear. But clearly I am confused.

I will watch the video.

You have to set it up with each airline so google your airline and tocuhelss ID. Only takes a couple mins, might need your passport to scan.

On our way home in mid-February we got in the Touchless ID line at MCO because we had signed up for it with United, and we did see people using it. But the agent made us get in the regular PreCheck line because we didn't have the little Touchless ID symbol on our boarding passes, presumably because we signed up for it long after we booked the February flights. I did get to use it in New Orleans in late February, though, and it was great!
