Anyone have experience with the Jetblue flight MCO to Boston, connecting in Dulles? We want to take the 1:10pm flight with a 2 hour connection in Dulles. We are a party of 7, small kids, and have always had straight thru flights, but the cost this time is dictating a different flight :sad2:

I don't like change. This connection flight is worrying me. Has anyone done it? Is 2 hours enough to allot for delayed flights out of Orlando and switching planes? Last time I had a connection, we did not have to get rescreened. Is this true in Dulles?

Thanks everyone for your help! This trip is proving to be the most difficult I've planned. Can't wait to get there, though and put all my worries at ease! :dance3:

Two hours is more than enough time to connect at Dulles, especially since I assume both flights will be on the same airline and will likely arrive and leave from the same terminal. You will not have to go through security again, unless you leave the security area.

JetBlue flights at Dulles are in the B terminal. With 2 hours (and even if there is a delay), you will have more than enough time to catch your flight.

Also, B terminal is the nicest of the terminals at Dulles.

Thanks so much for the information! It definitely makes me feel better. I was reading some pretty horrible things about Dulles!

Most likely written about terminals C/D, which were built as a "temporary" facility in the mid-80s. Twenty-five years later, the carriers that they were originally built for (New York Air, Presidential, etc.) are long gone and there is no specific plan for their replacement. But if you're not flying United, you probably won't have to deal with it...

Since no one else answered the question... no you will not need to be rescreened.

I agree. We fly in and out of Dulles regularly (even this Sunday coming). Since we fly Jetblue almost always now, terminal B is where their flight come and go from. The nicest terminal at Dulles. Lots of places to grab a snack too. You'll be fine.
