I would allow 15 minutes to deplane and go from terminals to transportation. Another 30 minutes to be driven to EPCOT front gate. 15 minutes to go through security, ticketing and fast walk to the Land.
Total 60 minutes if everything goes your way, but probably 90 minutes with any delays.
Land at 6:25, off the plane by 6:45. At baggage claim, where towncar drivers meet you, at 7, at Epcot at 7:30. Thru bag check and into the park by 7:45ish. Walk to Garden Grill and arrive by 8:00, maybe. I wouldn't make an ADR for that night. If your flight is delayed, even by 30 mins, it's all thrown off.
I never make an ADR sooner than 4 hrs after touchdown. And even then, I've missed making it to where I needed to be.
Remember if you plane is late and you miss your ADR you will be charged $10 a person for a no show for the ADR. ADR have to be cancelled 24hrs in advance to avoid the no show charge.
