MCO to Animal Kingdom Park?

Hello!

My DH is flying down to meet up with our girls and I at WDW in August (we're going down a few days ahead of him). He's taking an early am flight that gets him into MCO at 9:40 a.m and is meeting us at the AK park. I'd like to make an 11:10 ADR for Tusker House, but am unsure if he'll get there by then.

Suggestions on the fastest way for him to get from MCO to AK? I figure a Mears taxi. It'll be a Monday morning hopefully post-rush hour when he's on the road.

Estimated ETA at AK?

Taxi will definitely be fastest. But will he have bags? Wouldn't it be easier to make a later ADR and let him drop his stuff at the resort before meeting you at AK?

He'll likely only have a backpack. He'll tag his other bag for ME to take ahead to Pop. If he goes to the resort first, he'll never make it to AK and he's only got from Monday to Thursday!
