Does anyone know what the earliest they are both open is? Thanks so much in advance

Regarding Precheck, the airport website says:

Normal operating hours are 4:00 am to 8:00 pm but you can confirm whether the TSA Pre✓® lanes will be open when you’re flying at TSA Pre✓ ® Checkpoint Schedule.
