MCO Hyatt pre-cruise: luggage?

Hi, my family and I are staying at the Hyatt the night before our cruise and are taking Disney transfers. I know that Disney takes our checked luggage and we won't have to handle it until we board the Fantasy. However, at what point do they need it and where do they get it? Do we leave our luggage in our room, at the Hyatt lobby, or down with Disney transfers? Thanks.
