MCO Hyatt and DME

we have a very late flight and have decided to try staying at the airport Hyatt

What do I need to do to book DME to get us to the poly in the morning?
- I’m guessing I just call with flight number that gets in around the time we want to board the bus?
- and do we tag our luggage or just bring it along like we would our normal carry-ones? I know we need to get it from baggage night b4

You don't need a flight number, just give them the date you are going to WDW. When they ask for your flight info, you can either explain the situation or you can just tell them that you haven't booked your flight yet.

You'll take your luggage with you. Make sure you have cash on hand to tip the DME driver.

You won't tag your luggage. DME operates continuously at MCO, so you can just show up and get on a bus when it's convenient for you, as long as it's the day that you're checking into a Disney resort.

When we did this in November, I called to say we were taking DME and they didn't want a time. The CM just recommended not to go down before 7am.

Do not put the yellow tags on your bags, just leave the tags at home. You'll get your bags off baggage claim and bring them to DME in the morning. They'll put your bags under the bus.
