Our flight lands in Orlando at 8pm mid-November. We are going to stay at the Hyatt inside the airport and are wondering what options we will have for dinner, other than McCoy's. Wondering what options are possible if we head over to the new Terminal C pre-security. Thanks so much!

Per my recollection, almost all, if not all, food and beverage in Terminal C is post security.

I recently read that MCO now has a “visitor pass program” (I believe that is what I read). There’s an application process involved and they ask what terminal you’re considering to visit (but I think only one is available anyway at this point - C). I assume they send you credentials that allow you to go through security. May be worth looking into on the airport website.

Yes, only Terminal C at this point. But, entry is restricted to the hours of 10am-4pm, and visitor pass guests are required to exit terminal C by 8:00pm. So that won't work for OP (flight lands at 8pm).

I liked the meatloaf at Cask & Larder.
There's a Ruby Tuesday
The Sunshine Diner in Terminal C - looks good but I haven't eaten there.

Why not eat at The Hyatt ? They must have a Restaurant .

Off the plane..... And Check into Hotel .... Find & check your room ...... Go to eat.

Why Stress yourself looking for other places

Agreed - there is a half decent place to eat at the Hyatt. Easy, simple...and convenient at that time of night.

The wife and I just ate at McCoy's in the Hyatt Friday after her plane came in that evening. Had a nice meal there and then drove home. Easy

They do. It's called McCoy's. The OP is asking for other options.

Very often people enjoy trying new restaurants. It's not stressful looking for other places for those of us who like trying new things.

Off the plane... check into hotel... find & check the room... stretch your legs after a long flight and try a new restaurant.

McCoys will probably the only restaurant open in the airport at that time.

There are tons of chain restaurants north of the airport. A short ride share. I agree with the PP, stick with McCoys. Maybe if McCoys has a long wait. Look at Google maps. I know there is a Cracker Barrels north of the airport. At least a dozen other chain restaurants

The only options pre-security in Terminal C are coffee shops. The whole A/B food court that's pre-security is open until 10 pm, and there are a few other table service restaurants (City Pub, Marconi's, and Orange County Brewers). The Hyatt also has an upscale steakhouse, but I'm assuming you don't want to spend that much money for a quick dinner after a flight.
