is mcdonalds open for breakfast in downtown disney or do places serve suage, egg, and cheese because my cousin is a picky eater and will only get mcdonalds even on vacation

Doesn't appear that the Downtown Disney location does. I believe the one over by the All Stars does. I think most of the resort food courts has some sort of breakfast sandwich on their menus.

Yes, the Downtown Disney Mcdonalds does have breakfast. I had breakfast there last month. They open at 8:00am. Enjoy.
