McDonalds at DTD

I just read that they closed McD at DTD. Is it closed for good or just remodel? One of GS's favorite things is eating lunch at McD and going to Lego store.

permanent. A Pollo Campero restaurant will open in it's place later this year.

Permanant...the contract with McD was ended a couple years ago and they took all the QS McD out of the parks pretty quickly (and Disney recreated their food themselves). The DTD McD was the last thing to go and finally did...

Is the McD over by the All Star Resorts still there.

Disney had Burger Invasion at California Adventure as well as as a MCD French Fry stand in Disneyland. There was a lot of public outcry saying the golden arches inside the parks was not proper Disney theming. They got rid of both in the past few years as far as I know. DTD is a bit different. MCD there is ok although I would prefer more unique choices in dining than typical chain fast food.

I "believe" they are all gone now...

EDIT - well I just looked on McD site and it is still listed as a location near the AS resorts...so maybe it is still there. I thought they had said it was going away/gone, but maybe not (yet). Maybe it is hidden enough, or not actually "in" a park/dtd, so it isn't the same.
