jazznms...bread crumbs, eh? I guess they'd have to be smashed to a pulp kind of crumbs so they aren't noticable though.

Has to be live bread crumbs (made with fresh bread in a food processor) Oh ya add OJ (citric acid)
Not much of each about a tbs. Of each per 2 eggs

My cousin ate eggs like this at a B&B somewhere. When he asked about it, the cook said it was cream cheese added at the end of cooking time.

I'm sure it is a small amount, since it is not enough to be obvious what the ingredient is.

And egg beaters is just egg whites.
