I think I decided on May 2011! We have a trip planned in October and I'm going to call and see if I can snoop and talk to a planner then.

Well I just bit the (small) bullet and called. I'll be getting a call from a wedding planner in a few days!

It's funny how I have been just toying with the idea, and within a couple minutes now I feel like I have so much to do! I have to find out when my cousin is getting married- I know it's in 2011. I was thinking it didn't matter bc she lives in TX and I haven't seen her in about 15 years, but I guess it matters since my grandparents being at my wedding is a requirement!

Oh yeah and I also have to do just this small little thing- get a ring! I'm not jumping the gun here, he is just Arab and doesn't fully understand the whole process. He's been telling me for 2 years whenever I bring up a wedding...ok just make the plan for whatever you want. He even told me he'd give me his card and I could go get whatever ring I want. Um, no honey, I don't think so!

Well the whatever I want part sounds nice...going to the jeweler alone to get it, not so much.
