We currently have a bulky jogger and I'm not interested in packing it along when we travel because well...its bulky and heavy. So, what will be the best stroller for my dd? She will be 23 months when we travel so we will probably need something with some storage and a reclining seat/snack tray? so she can nap. I'd also like it to be easy to fold and relatively light. Thanks for any help.

HI, I'm going to WDW in Jan/feb 10 and i will have a 6month old. I wanted to buy a light but sturdy stroller before hand and researched a lot of them. Depends on how much you want to pay.
There is a new stroller by Britax (the car seat maker) that is very like the McClaren strollers. It's called the Blink. I was looking at that one and the City Mini by Baby Jogger. I ended up going with the Baby jogger because I got it at a great price. It was 100$ off and it's got a huge sun canopy and full recline and a really easy folding mechanism.
I'd go with something better than a umbrella stroller but something not as bulky as a full sized. There are loads of options out there.

I have to say the Baby Jogger City Mini. We used it for our Aug trip w/ ds2
The sun shade is awesome and the fold is incrediable. It was soo easy to push. I had a shoulder injury so I purchased the city mini bc my Mac Techno XT was too hard to push w. the injury. DS2 was comfy in it as was dd6 who hopped in a few times too. We have the parent organizer which I love.

I also have the Mac Techno XT which we have used for previous trips too. I do love that stroller but it hasn't been used much since we got the City Mini due to my shoulder. I had surgery in Oct so it is almost healed. We are in CT so the Techno doesnt' get much use. I have the city mini in the van all the time. The techno is my home stroller for walking to school. I loved the techno for its shade- it unzips to cover more. the Flat recline and the easy to fold. what I don't like it the tippyness of it. I do love the rain cover too thou ds2 hates it.

Definitely try out the strollers to see how you like pushing them. try Craigslist too = you might find someone that has to upgrade to a double and getting rid of the single

Good Luck

I posted this in the other stroller thread: Our "Disney stroller" is the Combi Helio. It is very lightweight and folds up and has a strap so you can carry it on your shoulder - awesome for the bus rides! We didn't mark it, but we did write our last name on the bottom in permanent marker. We had DD's birthday pin on it a lot and we would also leave jackets in it. If you are nursing, a nursing cover is a PERFECT sunshade - you do need safety pins or something to keep it from flying around (we used the birthday pin). Plus, the Combi has a velcro window on top of the canopy which I used to hold the nursing cover in place.

I have the Zooper Twist. I got it for our first trip to disney with my then 20 month old. Reasons I liked it - Large canopy, recline, easy fold, umbrella fold, light weight, parent pocket and cupholder, tall handles, came with rain cover. I sure there are more but those are the big ones.

Everyone will have their own opinions with this one.

We like the Maclaren because it has the features of a full stroller and still folds and has the weight of a umbrella stroller.

It reclines.
Has a high weight rating.
Light weight.
Big sun canopy and rain shield
High handles so tall guys like myself do not feel hunched over.
Durable.
Folds with one hand and one foot.
Super easy and small on the buses.
Great resale on Ebay and Craigslist.
