Maya Grill & Pepper Market at CS

Has anyone been to the Maya Grill or Pepper Market at CS? I have read some good but also bad reviews. We are staying at CS & need to know if I need to make some alternative meal selections.

We've eaten at PM several times and always enjoyed our meals, except that my son did not enjoy the kids' pizza last trip. I've found everything to be good and fresh.

We haven't eaten at Maya Grill, but are considering it for our upcoming trip for breakfast before we head for home.

We've eaten at both places in Jan. 07 and Jan. 08. Maya Grill was good...expensive but good but it was more like a general restaurant and did not have the "magical flair" that you get from other places in the parks. The Pepper Market was ok but very crowded...typical fast food. Nothing to write home about...

We have dinner reservations at Maya Grill & thought about breakfast one morning at Pepper Market. I guess we may give them a try. Thanks for the info & the pic of CS at dusk. Beautiful photo! This is our first time staying at a WDW property. Can't wait only 3 more days.

My DH and I have stayed at CS six (soon to be seven) times. We have only donhe breakfast once at Maya Grill, but we are early risers to the parks and uusally eat in our room (cereal, milk). We have never done dinner at Maya Grill. We eat at Pepper Market several times each trip. Be prepared: the staff is not overly friendly at the Pepper Market (they are NOT Disney employees). However, we have always had good food when we are there.

Enjoy your stay at CS...it is our favorite resort.
