How is the weather in May?

Is the verandah in stateroom 6060 plexiglass or solid?

First...Welcome to the boards! I wanted to ask when in May 2005 are you booked? We're booked for the beginning of May. I've never been on a cruise in May but I've been to WDW at the end of May...never again! Hot, humid and crowds. I'm hoping the beginning of May will be milder and less crowds. Happy cruising!

(Now trying to figure out how to make it through withdrawls until next vacation!)

We did a Western Caribbean May 11, 2002. Weather was high 70s at the port for sailaway, low 80s in Key West, high 80s in Grand Cayman, and low 90s in Cozumel (it felt much hotter because of all the blacktop!). Castaway Cay was mid-80s. Overall absolutely perfect weather.

We are doing a 3 day parks 4 day cruise
Parks May 12-15
Disney Wonder 15-19.

I am for certain it will be hot in Orlando, but we are from the humidity capital of the world--St. Louis!
