Hey we have finally decided on date's for next year which are 5/27-6/10. What does everyone think about this time of year crowds weather etc...?

We went this year for our first trip June 11-17th and it was pretty crowed and of course hot hot...but where isn't, right! I have heard though that the week we were there was the start of higher crowds so you may be just missing that next year and hey, it's DISNEY so go and enjoy no matter what!!

We were there that time this past May/June. It rained every day we were there, so that kept people out of the parks. It was only a heavy enough rain for about 1/2 to even need ponchos, so fine with us. It was about 85-88 degrees so it was warm enough to be wet outside. We walked on to pretty much every ride from the time we got there until about 1:00 in the afternoon when the rain quit, then the lines were about a 50 minute wait (which we discovered was about 10 minutes off--so they were about 40 minutes in reality). When we were planning for our trip I looked at the temps from the previous year and it was 95-100 every day we would have been there, so you never know.

We though it was funny when we saw people at the waterparks, wearing their swimsuits, wearing ponchos.

We go as early in May as we can considering school schedules and such. The parks are always overflowing on Memorial Day weekend but if our trip overlaps we do other things than go to the parks on those days. I think the heat and crowds both begin to climb after the first week in June or at least that's been my theory for a few years now. Next year we plan to go as soon as all the schools are out (we're bringing kids from 3 different school districts) and stay 2 weeks. We'll spend lots of time at Disney parks, Disney water parks and a couple of days at Universal. Heck we may even throw a day in at SeaWorld.

I am not sure if it matters to you or not but May 30-June 4 is Gay Days at Disney next year. I know this is a controversial subject but I think everyone has the right to be informed and make the decision that is right for their family.

i didn't know about the gay days but we've been before while they have been on so they dont bother us thanks anyway
