When one lane becomes two, pick a lane. Dont hover on the center line.

I agree. I had the reverse of this happen to me just today. Two lanes was becoming one lane a block away from where I was driving. I needed to turn right at the intersection before the lane disappeared. However, a large truck hovered halfway into my lane and blocked my way because the driver apparently couldn't commit himself fully to changing into the left lane. Some people...

How about this one,

Dont stop abruptly just to let someone pull out, it may be a nice gesture but stopping an entire flow of traffic at the last minute is , especially when a few car lengths down, there is plenty of room for that person to pull out.

The I can't decide what lane drives me up a wall too. Or the I don't think I should sit in the traffic in the turn lane. So I think I will just rush ahead sit there with my blinker on and hope someone lets me in the turn lane.
