I'm just nervous about not getting the ones we want. Is that possible? Also, where do I find which parks will have extra magic hours on the days we'll be there? Thank you!!!

You sure can! I just got back from an off-site trip and booked adr's for the trip. You don't have to be staying onsite to book dining. Just go to the WDW website.

The site also has park hours and will give you the EMH's for your dates.

Yes you can. If you're within 180 days of your trip you can go ahead and book all of your ADRs right now. If you're outside of the 180 days then you need to wait until 180 days out and then you can book each day's ADR at 180 days from that day. You can't get the 180+10 onsite perk without an onsite reservation.

Thank you so much!! One more question, though. How can I tell if a restaurant takes 2 dining credits or one?

The two credits restaurants are Spirit of Aloha Luau, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Hoop Dee Do Review, CRT, Artist Point, Citricos, Narcoosee, California Grill, Flying Fish, Yatchsman, Jiko, Brown Derby, and soon dinner at Le Cellier. I believe that's all of them, but remember there are also some restaurants who don't take the DDP at all like Victoria and Albert's, Fultons, Bongos, House of Blues, the upstairs Wolfgang Pucks, Paradiso 37, T Rex, Rainforest Cafe, Bistro de Paris, or any of the restaurants at Shades of Green, Swan, or Dolphin.
