So I'm graduating from college in May. I plan to go to disney may 10-may 17th. everyone i know is busy or can't go. I really want to go but worried about traveling alone. Been to disney 6 times so I know what to go see and stuff just worried about being that awkward girl by herself at disney. Any advice?

Have fun! You can do what you want, when you want and there's no compromising with someone else. Really, it's a trip that's all about you! You've worked hard for that degree and this is going to be the best reward you can give yourself. It's only awkward if you let it be. Everyone is so focused on their own vacation, chances are, no one is going to notice you're solo. You can be as outgoing or reserved as you want to be. You're going to have a blast! You've earned it! :flower3:

Ill be there solo the exact same dates! Maybe we can meet up! Ill be 25 the end of may so Im assuming were close in age as well

Though not female my DW has been several times and really enjoyed it. She said no plans or company allowed her to go at her own pace and do the things she loves. I hope and wish you a magical trip. Congratulations on your graduation. Danny

I did a solo trip March 6-11. I was worried about being alone. Plus id only been to WDW once before and "just" for marathon weekend. So I didn't get to see more than a few attractions.

I think Disney is a great place to go solo. There's WAY too much going on for anyone to notice you're by yourself and actually have time to think anything of it. I met a few people who told me they've done solo trips. I did what I wanted when I wanted, ate when I wanted where I wanted, and didn't have anyone to hold me back. I saw SO much, and go as far as saying I saw 90% of Disney world in my trip, being by myself. I move fast. You'll enjoy it! Go celebrate your graduation!

Since I'm a CM, I tend to go to the parks by myself all the time. At first I was hesitant but I finally did it and honestly, it is SO much more laid back. Your own agenda (do as much or as little as you want), your own pace and nobody is there standing off to the side impatiently shifting back and forth while you browse through the stores. Enjoy the experience and take it all in!

went solo to wdw last year for 10 days and was amazed at the amount of people that were "solo" just walking around the parks, probably just taking a break from their families but that's what they're thinking about you. Go solo and you will have an amazing time I guarantee it

I'm a CM and would love to meet up if you want! Do a few rides or something!

But you ain't be that weird solo girl! I see lots of people alone there!!

And the meeting up goes to anyone who wants to whisk you're down! I'm usually off nights
