I did another 20 minutes of power step that evening and another 20 minute walk outside (not so brisk and without the weights). That would bring me to 690/1400 as of yesterday.
Today I have done 25 minutes with my new DWTS Latin dance cardio DVD and 30 minutes with my new BL Cardiomax DVD. That brings me to
745/1400 WoHoo! I am past the halfway mark with a little more than half of the month left. I am right on track...................P
Quickly updating. I leave early tomorrow for FL to visit my DSis about an hour from WDW. I will be back late next Tuesday. I'll try to update while I"m there, but I don't think she has wireless for me to be able to use my computer.

Not such a good start for me - too many days with 0 exercise minutes. We are getting ready to head out on our trip this weekend and are planning a very activity filled vacation so my minutes should get back on track while we are away!
This morning I did Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred level 2 and BL Cardiomax level 1 (with warm up and cool down). That was 50 minutes which brings me to 795/1400.

I got the house cleaned and did 30 minutes on the treadmill before I got the kids off the bus. That brings me to 825/1400 for Thursday.
