Hey,

I read somewhere that there was a discount code that someone got a room for 85$. But I don't know what the disount was, and I don't know what the date were. I'll be at Disney from 5/28/2005-6/5/2005 if that helps any.
Thanks so much!

I don't know of any codes that have been released for May. A code just expired that included a rate of $85 for moderates, but it was for stays until 4/15. I think I heard they'll release room only codes for the general public for May sometimes after the holidays. Keep watching!

My daughter and I got an AP rate last May of $82 for moderates. We have gone the past two years during Memorial weekend and stayed for 8-10 nights. Just keep reading the boards and book your stay soon. You can always have a code applied anytime one comes out that will benefit you. Have fun!

so if I already have reservations, I can still use the discount when it comes out?

Yup! Just call and ask to have the code applied to your existing reservation!

Can anyone tell me if they know what the room only rate was for PC last May? Thanks!! :earseek: :teleport: :

Hi! My famiily is going to be arriving June 1st for our first on-site visit!!! The "AP" stands for Annual Pass...something I don't have. I plan to scour this site and Mouseears as well as the Travel section of the Dallas paper starting next week. I have a pin from an email I got from Disney for $104 for a moderate, but unfortunately with Christmas I can't even give them the one night deposit until after the 28th. Darn this "cash-only" vow we made!!! I'm going to try with that and see if anything is left and then keep watching to see if anything better comes along. I would book soon...without a package they only need one night's deposit and you can get it back if needed. You can always modify with a discount if one comes along. Good luck with the discounts. We're hoping for POFQ, by the way...how about you? :cheer2:

We are waiting too! Also going the 1st week in June and also thinking of staying at POR. Come on codes!!!!

AP stands for Annual Pass and you can get some really good deals on the hotels which will pay for the AP. Only one person in the room has to have an AP and that person can book up to three rooms with it. My AP only cost $158.69 (with tax) more than the 5 Day Park Hopper I bought for the other adult going with me. I'm going in Jan and originally booked All Star Movies paying a one night deposit for $79.00. When the codes out came that room became only $49.00/night, but instead I upgraded and split our stay between WL and AKL. I got a courtyard view at WL for $149.00/night and a savanna view at AKL for $151.00/night (saving around $700.00 with tax). The amount I saved more than paid for my AP, plus I get to use it to get into the parks for a year and for discounts on meals and merchandise. I also plan to make three more trips to WDW this year and will already have my ticket for the parks plus be able to use it for hotel discounts each trip, in addition to discounts other places. It's already paid for itself and I still get to use it for a year. Even if I was just making one trip this year and had stayed at one of the value hotels it still would have paid for itself.
