May BLT Chances

So we passed ROFR like a month ago, BLT April use year returned closing papers etc.....STILL waiting for seller to return closing docs......Hopefully will be finally done next week with all this waiting
Anyways, what are my chances of getting an 1 or 2 bedroom (any view) at BLT the second or third week of May, BLT is our home resort but I am worried now that we may not be able to get what we want at this point in time......TIA

May is one of the months that takes longer to fill up, so I think you have a good chance.

The lake view 1 bedroom category will be your best chance, but the others may be available when you are able to book, too. Don't be afraid to waitlist.

At 7 months out, it is easy as long as you are not trying for standard view. However, the longer you wait to try to reserve beyond the 7 month window the higher the risk things may disappear.

We've been able to get a grand villa twice in May at BLT at the 7 month and less timeframe. You'll never know until you try. Good luck!
