So glad you got the reservation. I can't imagine switching rooms, but then we won't have a car. So we will live off the WDW buses. At least I was told AKL has their own.
Glad you got everything worked out. Hooray for Harriette! Love your target buys. I'll have to make a quick trip for lunch. They usually have cute princess stuff in the One spot.
Sorry about your Mom. There is no way that I could live with mine. She drives me crazy with the nosiness and she doesn't even live with me.I love her just couldn't live with her.
OH man Tyler just gave me some bummer news. He asked me if his friend Ken could come to Disney with us and I had to tell him no because we already have 6 in the cabin and that is all they allow. He wanted him to go with us because his Mom and Dad told him tonight that they are getting divorced. I feel so bad for him even if he is technically an adult, he is 20. He is such a sweet person as is his mom and dad. He said he will probably have to drop out of college now because his parents are paying for his classes. His parents own a business together so that is going to be a big mess. I really hate hearing that. They are the second couple I know who have decided to divorce in the past 6 months. Both of these couples have been married 19 plus years. I wish we could take Ken, he is going to need something good to take his mind off his parents.![]()
Sorry to hear that about Tyler's friends. It's crazy to me how people many people get divorced. I feel sorry for Ken and his family. The next few months are going to be tough. That was really nice of Tyler to think of his friend though. Sounds like Tyler's parents are raising him right.![]()
OH that's sad. I hope that Ken can find some peace about his parents divorcing. I hate that he has to quit school.
That's awesome that you were able to add on a day. I can't believe it took you an hour to do it.
I have a friend who stayed in the cabins in March and she really liked them.![]()

It's crazy the people getting divorced. My Tyler has told me that he wants me and Chris divorced, and I told him what that would include, and he quickly changed his mind. I tell him every day how lucky he is to still have both of his parents together and HAPPY......I don't think there's any other kid in his class that can say that!!! I can also second that Tyler's parents are raising him right, not many parents will teach their kids sympathy anymore, it's all "gimme gimme gimme" when it comes to kids, they don't have any consequeces anymore!!!
Okay, off soap box!! LOL

Wow...my cousins in laws parents did the same thing. They owned a business, too. The mom kept the business and the dad has a winery today. It was messy, but now all is well. My parents got divorced when
I was a baby and I had little contact with the other woman. I was raised by dad and what I call my mom. So I don't really know what the divorce aspect is like.
Such a sad thing. Hope that prayers can be answered and things will work out.
Aww, poor thing, my parents got divorced when I was about 5. I don't remember their divorce being TOO bad. Although no divorce is nice! I'll keep your son's poor friend in mind. I'm sure that is devastating when you're older, I was only 5, and don't really remember much of what was going on!
Wow! That is so wonderful of you and your family to change your plans to help Ken out! It would be a great distraction from all that is going on in his life. I hope he doesn't have to drop out of school. Maybe he can get financial aid!
It's incredibly nice of you to work out a way for Ken to come along. I hope it works out. Poor kid probably needs a break. Let us know how it goes.
