May 9th-13th, 2010 4 night Bahamas Cruise

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

Hello we will be on the cruise also!! I can't believe that it is finally here, we've been planning this for over a year now.

We will be in WDW the week before the cruise. We are from the west coast so we have been to Disneyland many times but this is the first trip to Orlando. I have gotten many books (passporter's WDW, passporter's WDW cruise and the hidden mickey's book) so I'm well prepared.

There will be 8 of us in WDW and 11 of us on the cruise.

Can't wait to talk with you all more.

I'm jealous you will be at WDW first. WDW is huge compared to Disney Land :-) Bring your crocs :-)

Looks like we have been booked 2 adjoining cat 9 rooms on level 2 with ocean view :-) DH and I can sleep alone.. woohooo :-)

We booked the dolphin encounter in Nassau..

What excursions have you done or plan to do?

Is anyone interested in doing FE's?

I started working on Pirate themed outfits for my daughters. Now, I need to decide if I am going to have them wear Princess dresses for Formal night or Party dresses. Anyone else doing outfits to go with the themes?

Do we have a formal night on the 4 night cruise? :confused3

But yes.. I was going to find themed stuff :-)

From what I understand WDW is almost the same thing as disneyland just spread out over more land, so I will be wearing my mickey crocs. :thumbsup2

We were thinking about the zoo and the sightseeing tour in Nassau, but we are going to just walk around the straw market and the forts. There is guide on what streets to go on in the Passporters book. Castaway Cay is my wedding day so we probably wont be able to book any excursions/rentals unless we do it after 1pm.

I'm total game for FE. Not quite sure how it gets started but I've read how it's done and it sounds like sooo much fun.

From what I understand there isn't a formal night anymore on the 3-4 day cruises.

I have gotten the girls' pirate outfits I just need something for DF and myself.

I wonder if I can talk my 75 year old grandpa into a pirate outfit:rotfl:

I'll be wearing crocs too :-)

I think it's bigger :-) There is Disney Land and California Adventure right? Disney world has:
Magic Kingdom
Disney's Hollywood Studios
Epcot
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park
Typhoon Lagoon
Blizzard Beach and tons of Disney Hotels of all Prices. I have stayed for a week at Pop Century.. a value resort. We had two adjoining rooms.. It was Awesome and I am very picky about hotels.

I don't mind heading up the FE's.. It's my first cruise too but I can find out about the list in more detail :-)

So I am just popping by. We are thinking of booking this cruise. Usually we go on the Magic for a week in April, but since the ship will be in the med that is not gonna work. So we started talking a few weeks about the May trip.

We have decided to sleep on it for a night or two and then decide.

So maybe we shall say and play FE with you all.

Hello,

I have a question about the FE's
Are we going to have it set up as one family(cabin) delivers a for a certain day?
or
Are we going to deliver to every cabin every night?

So far all of my wedding stuff is done except for a cubavera and linen pants for my fiance and picking a song for our first dance.:cool1:

We are doing the Rainforest Pass for the duration of the cruise and I can't wait, my muscles need the pampering.

Disney just released a premier season pass that is good for all parks now for $700-$800. We normally have season passes (for disneyland) but gave them up for a trip to WDW but now they have this so we might be considering it. I would love to go to Paris or Hong Kong.

I hope every one has a wonderful week and Easter.

Chat to ya soon
