I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, we did!! Kandyk I am so glad you got your power back. We were one of the lucky ones that only lost our power for a few days. We booked our flight over the weekend, we are so excited!!! We got a good deal, I am just nervous about the prices dropping.Welcome to all of the newcomers. We are looking forward to the new year, as we will be closer to vacation!!

Hi everyone!
I first want to apologize on behalf of my son, Ryan, to Jonathon (BLTOH): he did not get his Christmas cards out (bad boy) but he did recieve yours and enjoyed it. Thank you very much! He is now worried because January 2nd he goes in to have all four of his wisdom teeth pulled.
(do they not realize that you shouldn't pull any wisdom from a teen? they need all they can get!)

Kandy, glad you finally got your power back. To all those from the Western side of our fair state: you all have been through a pretty bad winter, you all definately deserve this cruise and some SUNSHINE! I know I am about to go bonkers without sun and it has only been 4 days! It is trying to peek out a bit today, but we have had quite a bit of rain over the last two days. Our mail lady won't even deliver because it is flooded around the mailboxes (so much for : through rain or sleet or snow!

Madisonzana..love the pictures.. We was just talking about a trip to disneyland sometime in the future as we have never been out west.

MickeyD.. no big deal..i had to take the card to Jon and make him sign one to get it out.. ...boys.. ... Tell Ryan having his wisdom teeth out isnt that bad. i had to have all 4 of mine cut out when i was 18.

As for diets i started mine last month..decided to join weight watchers and then i am doing kickboxing this round at the ymca and the walk away the pounds videos in between on the weekends. i am more then determined not to have to buy a new wardrobe for the cruise.

I am returning to the boards after the holiday with my head hung in shame . I am so sorry that we did not get our Christmas cards out, but we promise to make it up. I/we really are sorry. The kids got the cards and pictures. Courtney framed Dylan in her Tink frame. Everytime I got one I kept thinking I've got to sit down and do this, but before I knew it Christmas was here

I bought a treadmill 2 weeks ago with the money that I had saved for my cruise. I figured I rather look good for the cruise than come home with a bunch of t-shirts. I've got a routine established, but trying to eat healthy over the holidays stinks. Oh well... I'll keep you guys posted on that one.

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year's! When I go back to work on Tuesday, it's the start of tax season. So I'll be popping in and out as much as I can.

Santa brought us all POTC t-shirts for the cruise and Dakota a portable DVD player. Now both kids have one for the ride down. I got one of the new journey diamond necklaces from my hubby. He did good. Courtney got more Littlest Pet Shop stuff than Wal-Mart stocks at once.

Dakota has been sick since Wednesday. He has had no appetite and a horrible cough. The doc just said a viral respiratory infection and sent us home with cough meds that didn't work. So they called in Phenergan and cough syrup combo that was supposed to knock him out so he could sleep. Gave it to him at 8PM, by 10 you would have thought he was throwing a party. Today his voice is hoarse, his nose is runny and he still doesn't want to eat. We have 2 birthday parties to go to today and I'm having my girl scouts over tonight for a party, this should be entertaining with him sick.

hello all, long time no see.i have missed so much. life was out of control for awhile and now that the holidays are over hopefully i can concentrate on our cruise. made my final payment today. Well i still have all my clothes from before and plenty of dress clothes too..we had a wedding to go to Saturday and I struggled to find something decent to wear.

With the new year in place now i am ready for the cruise. I keep doing a count down on hubby and he just laughs at me but this time of year is the roughest part of the year for me. 1) its the longest time frame of work with NO time off for us. 2) tax season 3) all the bigger bills hit us.

We will paying our balance off probably end of jan first of feb. then i think the first part of feb. is when we can start our online sign up for the kids and such.. good thing feb is a short month. well i have rambled on enough..

Here's to a fast 4 months.

hello, everyone. I haven't really been an active member of this thread...I think I subscribed and posted once last spring. anyway, instead of reading through everything to see.......does anyone have kids around my kids ages? I have a son, Reid, that is 9 and a daughter, Regan, that is 7. This will be our second disney cruise, but the last time we only did the 4 night. also, along for this cruise will be myself and my hubby, and my parents.

Hi mbw, My granddaughter is a little younger than your daughter. She will be 5 at the time of the cruise, but she enjoys "older" girls!
Maybe I can start Madison signing Valentine's cards now and then she can fill in the names later. Hopefully that won't poop her out too much..
I have a scratchy throat and I just don't feel that great. There is a cold going around here at home and I am afraid I might be the next recipient.. I have the Zicam out and I am drinking lots, not alcohol!
Yikes, the balance!!! That is coming up soon. I better work on getting that check off in the next week or so.
I hope everyone had a great New Years. DH was asleep by 11:45, I made it til a few minutes after midnight. We are getting so old!

Sorry....doesn't work. I REALLY wanted to finish off the large bag of M&M's for breakfast this morning. This is going to be a hard week since I am still off. Too much temptations in the house still. I was good though....had my green tea and 1pc of multigrain toast and my vitamins! I HAVE to be good this week or none of my pants will fit next week to go to work!
