May 26 - Memorial Day, Is MS Open?

Well, I guess my heading says it all LOL
Will MS be open on Memorial Day? I'm on hold now for approximately 17 minutes waiting to ask this question. I will also first try to do what I need online but wanted to know if this all can be done on Memorial Day and if MS will be closed?

they are closed for memorial day but on-line will be available
