Sounds nice! AKL is my favorite Disney resort. If school was out for us, I would definitely be adding a resort stay.

The magic and allure of Disney is back (actually has been back for sometime now) and so we will be on our first Disney cruise along with all of you. I'm not sure yet if we'll participate in the FE exchange but I had a question for you on this thread. Our family wants to go to Cabbage beach on the Nassau day but I'm a little leery. Is this the right forum to ask others here is anyone is interested in an organized group trip to Cabbage beach. I've read that it is easy to do but I'd like to be with others in a larger group. Any comments anyone? Thanks!

We'll be at Bay Lake Tower the week before the cruise. The cruise was actually an after thought after our trip to Grandma's house after our WDW trip got canceled.

We come in on the 18th. Our daughter looks about the same age as your daughter, Casey is 5 years old.

Our DD just turned 5 last week and we haven't told her we're going on the Dream yet. She's cruised before on the Wonder, but she keeps talking about the Aqua Duck (those darn DCL commercials! ;) ). We are arriving on the 21st with one night at Beach Club to play in the pool after a long day in the car, then moving to BLT for my b-day on the 22nd.

Wondering if anyone was planning to rent (or try to rent) a Cabana on Castaway Cay? We are interested, but it's just the 3 of us so wondering if another family might want to split one if available?

They look pretty cool. I have not been able to find the rental prices. There is only 3 of us also.

Just when you think you know something...I just realized that the kids will be out of school on the Monday after the cruise due to the holiday. (I know a Duh on my part!:confused3)

Now I've got to call our agent and see if we want to mess w/our plans and stay in Orlando one more night, try and get in a day @ the World or what? Not to mention what it means for DH's work...Ug! But it's sooo exciting to get away....:banana::banana:

I am sooo looking forward to this! I want to thank everyone for their enthusiasm! :cheer2: And good luck on your plans everyone!:flower3:

Found a price. Not sure if correct but it said $499 per day.

Yep, that's why we're looking to share as that is a lot for just the 3 of us (but from what I have read from the reviews...SO worth it).

The other thing is that concierge guests get first dibs to reserve so there may not even be any available for us. The non-concierge guests just have to check for availability once on the ship.

We're actually planning to use that day to catch up and get back into the mindset of going to work on Tuesday. ;)

Looks like there are only 20 cabana's total. I bet they will be rented very quickly.

We are not concierge but we are really really hoping there will be one left for us! With two little ones a cabana would be sooooo nice.

It would be cool to meet up. Especially since our daughters are close in age. Casey is very out going she makes friends easily.

I agree! PM me your cabin number and I will do the same.
We booked under qnty, we do not know our room yet. When we find out I will let you know. Are you late seating or early, we are late. Last year Casey
loved to go play after dinner.

Just wanted to check in.
We are getting close:banana::banana::banana::banana:

Re: FE, We are fast approaching the cut-off date and just want to send a shout out to those on the edge of joining or not joining. This is a no fuss FE. We only have 3 days so I am opting on just delivering when you find the time. Any FE is wonderful. The act of kindness and extra pixie dust is what we are all here for. So don't be alarmed and feel as if your gifts might not be enough as any amount of pixie dust is amazing.

Re: A group meet, I agree that it would be wonderful to meet and get to know each of you. If anyone else would like this as well please let me know and we will work something out.

I think that is it for now. If anyone has anything to add please let me know.

Tiffanye
