Hey Seastar! What a great report!!! I started on one, but the first day was so long. I figured that mine would put everyone to sleep, so I never finished it.

My word, ladies! Our year-round school doesn't FINISH until August 6! Then we have 3 weeks off before they start up again!

Fortunately next year my entire family (including DH) is on the same track, so we will have vacations together, including my favorite: From Thanksgiving through New Years!

Sounds like stateroom 6581 was okay. That will be where we are staying when we go in August. It is our first cruise.

I just wanted to make sure you and your family are safe and sound after the hurricane last week. I sent an email to your email address.(the one with your DH name) I have been thinking of you the whole week.

Hi Carol!!

We are fine-the hurricane was forecasted to hit us directly but it went south of here near Captiva Island/Punta Gorda. I feel horrible for those people and all the damage. We did have to evacuate- we just went to my dad's house because he lives on higher ground. The problem around here is always flooding due to a storm surge.

Thanks for asking! We feel so blessed and yet are heartsick for those south of us.
