My fiance and I are getting married on May 22, 2010 and then we are honeymooning at Disney from May 24th until June 1st! I have been to Disney many times, but this is the first time that I am traveling without my family and my fiance has never been to Disney before!

Does anyone have any advice for romantic things to do, places to eat, etc. We are so excited and can't wait to go!

Can't wait to hear what everyone has to say! :)

romantic things: carriage ride, surrey ride, horeseback riding, sitting by a fire at the AKL, laying by any pool, tethered balloon ride at Downtown Disney, Cirque du Soleil maybe

places to eat: Jiko, California Grill, Yachtsman maybe, Flying Fish maybe, the French restaurant (be advised upstairs is bright, but downstairs has more kids usually), SciFi Cafe

The Disney Honeymoon registry should help with both of these. I know some people on here have experienced problems with it, but I haven't had any and I already registered and everything. There's a whole romantic category on there with things you can register for, so even if you decide not to do the registry, it can give you ideas.

HTH! :)

Just go to google and type in "Disney Honeymoon Registry" and click on the link that takes you to Disney's page. Then, you can begin registering once you have booked your honeymoon!! :)

As far as a romantic place to eat...the Yachtsman Steakhouse is romantic and I actually went there for my anniversary (dating anniversary lol) and they customized the menu with our names and stuff and gave us those cute buttons. It was very nice.
Carriage rides are nice too at the PO resorts

Wow, that is awesome! :) I have heard alot of great things about the Yachtsman Steakhouse - I think that we are going to try it out on our honeymoon! Any suggestions besides steak?
