May 2008 Photo Pass Share - FULL! ALMOST BURSTING! - Changes in 1st Post

We've started a Photo pass share for May! Starting May 2nd and ending May 31st at 3:00pm PST (So that's 6:00pm EST). This is my first time organizing a photo pass share, I'd be grateful for any organizing tips. I pre-ordered the CD for $99.95 today (5/1). If everyone wants their own CD copy then we'll have to do the numbers to find the total cost.

Just because I don't want anyone to miss out, I've added two more spots to the group, which are taken by Leofoenget and mangosink and NO MORE. If I add anymore it will take too long to load and edit.

I might be interested. We go mid may. I am not sure how Disneyland works. Is it cheaper then DW? I thought I had read that somewhere, or maybe that was a special they were running.

We are going from May 8 - May 10th for the Disney Dream Trip Party. I am interested, as we are on a very tight budget, but this is a very special time that I don't want to miss!

Tomorrow, may 2nd. I am also going to DL May 9th (next Friday). I want to limit it to ten members. We have many people for the DL ladies trip and it's working out fine. Sure if you are taking 200+ pictures it takes a bit longer to load but it still works fine.

To explain this simply:

You approach a Photo Pass Photographer (you can usually spot them pretty easily), they take your picture (you can ask for multiple poses), and then they scan a photo pass card and give it to you. You are not limited to how many photo pass cards you can upload to the account, which is really helpful if you forget your PPC in your room one morning and need to get another one at the park. If you pre-order the CD it's $99 (which I'm doing). You can put as many pictures as you want. One CD holds 300 pictures, so if you have more they just send you additional CDs at no extra cost.

So if it is $99.95 and shipping is $2
5 people.... $20.40
6 people.... $17.00
7 people.... $14.57
8 people.... $12.75

and so on.

I was thinking of just ordering one CD and just putting them up on a photobucket or shutterfly account, that way you can just save them from there to your own CD if they really want to but I'm totally open to what the majority wants.

Yes it is cheaper because they have the pre-order discount.
