I just got some information from Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel Magazine (a publication of Newsweek Budget Travel) that I think is very interesting. An article listed in the month has an article entitled "10 Best Buys of Orlando", written by Herb Hiller lists the best budgets lodgings and restaurants. In that article, I found the best website that saved me time, money and aggravation. You can get some pretty good deals by going to www.orlandohotels4less.com. After looking over the info on the site, I visited wdwinfo and found a lot of information for the hotels listed. I especially found very favorable remarks for Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista, especially regarding their convenient free transportation to and from the parks (less than a mile away). This website even lists their transportation schedule so it is easy to see that we won't have to worry about that. I was able to get a semi-suite with 2 double beds, microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator for only $35.00 a night/ total of $271.00 with tax for seven nights in May of 2003. I thought some of you may want to know if you were planning a trip on a budget. If you have a family, I believe the Family Suites were only $45 a night. Hope this info helps!!!
