May 2001 trip for 8!!

Well,
I just purchased our tickets for wdw may 9-16, and i cannot wait!!!!
Flying non stop on NWA, the tickets were 165 and change per ticket(using company negotiated rate).
Reserved a Dollar SUV that fits us all(saving $130 over the lowest competitor!)
Two rooms booked at Dixie landings(havent haggled the rate on that yet, but oh yes, i will)
The cast will be me, brother, his wife and 4 kids(11, 8, and twins 3), and our dear mom!
Planning a character dinner at Chef mickey's, Mother's day at EPCOT and a couple redwings playoff games at ESPN(hopefully, gulp).

Not really planning which parks on a specific day, mainly going to head to the bus stop and take the first bus to happiness

We can't wait!!!!!!!
