Yes- the search feature can be quirky or you have a term but come up with too many posts to fish through. I hear ya! Unlike facebook where all answers to a question are in a "thread".

We'd need to set up Part Two thread first, get organizers to do placeholder, then add link to this thread. At that point we can then ask a mod to close Part One thread. We would usually have the new thread set up within 24 hours (taking into account timezone differences) but would need all organizers onboard and ready to go so we get the placeholders marked. Can go back and add specific event info later to placeholder - just want them to have their own "parking spot" on page one - one per person.

I like your proposed set up. You could give the organizers of activities 24 hrs to make their place holder post.

Might I suggest utilizing the website's calendar? If GoofieNewfie would give us all access to the calendar, we could put the events we're in charge of on the calendar, that way we wouldn't have to worry about this one!

I see a pre-dinner cocktail hour in the Promenade lounge developing!! Me and my girls love that lounge before dinner because they always have live music and it's near the dining rooms.

This is our fav bar due to the music - got to know the group in there and they've been there multiple times - hoping they will be back on this cruise....and they are AWESOME with the kids and others there.

You are making it very hard for me to work! Tonight is girl's night at work and I am sitting next to one very full bottle of grey groose! Must make it through work and spin class before I open it..

The last Friday of every month, my boss flys in and the four females who work in our group go out to lunch, workout, go to dinner, drink and then have a sleepver! We work with to many guys and just need our girl time. Sadly, 3 out of the 4 of us are married with the last one engaged and the boss pregnant so I have a feeling the tradition is slowly dying....

I don't understand what's to worry about , that's most events filled up with an organiser now plus goofynewfie has already provided a link on website. It's only just to have it here in black and white too, so those that don't utilise website for whatever reason can have easy access to see whose organising what.

Finished my nightshifts on Wednesday an I'm still not caught up, 4.30am over here right now and I've still not slept, man my body clocks all over, I so can't wait for 2 weeks of being rocked to sleep

At some point today I will update the website with details of the pin trading so when the new thread is ready to go I can put my placeholder on there. The lovely Ladyshopper has very kindly offered to help out organising it with me - thank you

With regards to the new thread, I'm very happy for it to be started now - would it be best to do it now, this weekend, as even with all of the time differences, a lot more people should be around, those of us who work office hours that is....i.e if it was Mandygirl to start it at 2pm her time, I could be ready on my laptop at 7/8pm my time ready to grab my place.

I've just noticed the same as a PP as well (so sorry I can't remember who it was) all posts don't show up on the iPhone app!! I saw somebody quote something yesterday and I hadn't seen that at all on my phone! Like others that's where I check this thread all the time when I on my lunch break, travelling to work etc etc. So if I have ever ignored anyone I am so sorry!

Also, I would love to organise the personal navigator as I think that would be a super awesome thing to keep as a memory but I am literally rubbish at creative stuff like that. Even if it was just printing it out and putting pretty Disney graphics on it, art and creative stuff just repel against me. So anything homemade in your FE will have never come from me!
