the 5/9 cruisers got their docs today!

We will be at the Radisson early afternoon...think we are going to try Rusty's if anyone wants to join us??!! Then we'll hit the pool meet I am sure!

My parents will be there with Adam and I and we will all likely be hanging out at the pool fairly late (or at a bar on site if it's open)! (No...We are not drunkers, just celebrating our first vacation in 2 years!) My only concern is that we may still be at dinner, but I promise to do everything possible to be back by the pool by 9!

V: We probably won't go to Rusty's only because my friend who lives there has strongly recommended Milliken's Reef. So....I'm hoping we end up there instead. (With my parents along with us though, it will be a "group" decision...) Thanks for the invite though!

We got our room assignments. 2 Cat. 11 rooms when we booked 12's. Nothing amazing, I suppose...but we expected to still be in 12's, so it's a baby step up, right? We're in rooms 6315 and 6317. I'm just thankful that they're next to each other!

I know were excited you guys are next door!! being on deck 2 will be ok! It will give us a chance to work off dinner, Walking up and down all the stairs!!

I just can't believe that linking dinners affected our cabin assignments!!!

Hey You!! Definatly! not only dinner, but ALL THOSE DESSERTS!!! All the stairs is probably a good thing!

Belinda- (if you don't mind me asking) Where are you guys staying prior to the cruise?
Ashley and I are staying In Daytona Beach the 14th to the 16th and we thought if you were close maybe we could meet for dinner or something before we board. Just a thought!!

We are coming into Orlando on the 15th. We land in the morning and are staying at POFQ. We will be going to Epcot later that day/evening.

What time do you guys think you will get to the port on Saturday?

Could there still be changes? DD, DS, and GF are in a cat 12. They had a cabin right next to us, but than went gty. when the rates were so good. I need to figure out how to post pictures. Did shoppping this weekend. Now to start laying things out. DD said she went to Sears and got some Lands End trekker shoes for $35 if anyone is still looking. We are at Residence Inn if anyone wants to get together Friday night. We like to go to Grilles for dinner.

also just a reminder if a group of 1 or 2 wants to tour with us in Coz - we have a private van, cost for 2 would be $50 plus any tip and Gerry the tour guide has a cooler which we can stop and fill up. We are set for 3 hours, anything after that is more $$. O plan on him dropping us at Paradise Beach but he can also take you back to the port. \\Thanks!

Ahhhh....the spa!

I know what you mean, I don't think we will get to the port until around 1:30pm or so.

POFQ is the Port Orleans French Quarter resort. They are scheduled to pick us up around 12/12:10pm.

Hopefully by the time we get their, it won't be so crowded..

I just did a quick count of cabin numbers that we have all posted, and I think our DIS group has 23 cabins on deck 2 . We should just call it the DIS deck !! ~ Kathy

That is so funny - Deck 2 is the party place!!! We are on deck 7 - anyone else up there?

We will be trekking everywhere for the FE gifts - deck 2 will be the easy part.

Yes, there is a thread on the DISign board regarding "stick figure families". It's pretty long, but I think the disigner there is still customizing.

While looking through my photobucket acct, I came across our bee costumes from 2 years ago. It's kind of blurry because someone who doesn't know how to use my camera took the picture.

We did a little shopping for the cruise yesterday & I got formal & semi-formal or Palo brunch dresses. Mom got a CUTE dress and so did my little brother's girlfriend! Got my little brother sandals, dress shoes, suit, and other clothes.

We also walked out of there with about 10 pairs for shoes for us gals!!!
