I love to drive down the coast but the turns are not so much on the 101 but on Highway 1 (PCH)...Highway 1 is twist...turns... curves...and a beautiful ocean view....Not recommended if your children are prone to
carsickness...we love to stop Cambria....OH Boy Brandy Ice!

Okay, I know what I'm NOT doing if I come out there! Reminds me of a story my DH tells about when he was a small boy...

His Grandmother was visiting him when they lived in Ft Walton Beach FL and they were at the beach. He was building sand castles and his Gma was in knee deep water. All of a sudden she starts saying "Oh, Marky, look at the pretty little fishies" and about the same time a dorsal fin came swimming right past her. The lifeguards started blowing their whistles, moms were grabbing their babies, all hell was breaking loose and Grandma was trying to reach down to touch the "pretty fishies".

Good Afternoon MAYers!!!!! Wow, its been a busy day on the thread

Autumn has finally hit here, when I left for class this morning it was 36 degrees....brrrrrrr....

....but I love being able to wear my cold weather clothes

As far as ADR's at Disney I am looking to change things up a bit this time and try a lot of new places too! Like - Whispering Canyon, Ohana, Le Cellier, and Cape May. What do you think?

Are you planning on O'Hana and/or Cape May for breakfast or dinner?....I've had breakfast at both. O'Hana for breakfast is one of my favorites and Cape May was pretty good too.

I'm new on the May board, our dates are also May 15-20, also staying at POP. Our groups is 10 college students, look out! lol. I also was nervous about May, didn't know what to expect as I have never been in May. I hear great things though, so I am excited!!

And to whoever just applied for the college program, good luck, you will loooooove it! Let me know how that turns out, and let me know if you have any questions!!

Obviously haven't tried it since the rehab this summer ....but before the rehab they had really good food and some fun character interactions, there are some pictures from it in the March photos in my sig.

So, the trip is pretty much out of the question....

We just discovered that our Borough tax hasn't been being withheld. It's one percent of your salary here. Guess we'll be coming up with that soon.

No work for me.... but i actually took out fall clothes today... jackets and sweaters and such...... i HATE putting away summer clothes... but you said it right when we have to take em back out it's for our WDW TRIP.....

We love Le Cellier! The only problem I have found with it isthetablesaresoclosetogetheryoucouldeatoffofyourneighborsplateandyouarealwaysineachothersconversations. Other than that, it is always a must do for us. I get the um steak thingy? Oh my gosh, i don't remember which one! It comes with a sauce. Hold on, I'll look.

I have read that about Le Cellier. Great, DH probably won't like that! But maybe he'll be so distracted by all the good food that he won't notice a stranger sitting on his lap!

Shelly what did u think of the Coral Reef... i was thinking about that restaurant in May.....

We liked the Coral Reef. We aren't going back this time though. We want to try something different. The food was good, nothing spectacular though. The atmosphere was nice. But REALLY LOUD!! Ask for a table on the first floor or you may be disappointed.

I forgot to mention that our wonderful teachers here have decided to strike. It starts Monday morning. I should have planned a trip for sure!!!!!!!

O'hana has Lilo & Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto
Cape May had Chip & Dale, Minnie, & Goofy (I think) when I was there.

There are pics from O'Hana in the Feb 2006 and May 2007 My Pics links in my siggie...I didn't get any from Cape May.

The Boardwalk is a fun area to walk around, but my tip for the day is don't eat an ice cream cone outside while walking on the Boardwalk....The seagulls have most definitely NOT had their Disney Guest Services training....They're rude and like to go after their food, even if it's in your hand.
