Okay, Mayers...
I need that special May power we have. If any of you can, please send PD, thoughts, or prayers for wisdom for DH and me.
We went to a house last night that we have fallen in love with. It is beautiful, and doesn't need anything structurally done to it. The only thing that would need to be done would be from a personal taste stand point.
The only thing is, it is in the uppermost ranges of our budget (I mean, almost OUT of our budget, LOL). I really didn't want to go as high as it's listed. The market here is just so limited that to go as low as we would ultimately like, we would sacrifice things such as school systems for the children. Some homes that we have seen are in the middle of our range, but need major updates, that would ultimately end up costing about the same as what this house is listed for.
I am so frustrated I could pull my hair out.
All I wanted to do for the next couple of weeks was look forward to the trip, and now this has come up. If we don't act on it, we know it will be gone before we get back. Ugh. What to do.
So, sorry for the pity party on the MAYers thread. I just needed to vent a little, and ya'll are my buds...
Thanks for listening.
Jo
