One tiny hint of a detail while I still get started on my trippie:
Autumn had a wish come true.....
Hey MAYers!!!
I just got a PM from NC and thought I'd better stop in to say hi!!! Sorry I haven't checked in much at all lately....When people said I'd be really busy while on the program, I really didn't believe it, but let me tell you I am!
I just read through the last 5 pages (last time I looked, we were only at 46 pages...now 85! wowsas!) Let's see...no guy in the picture (def. not romantically anyways) unless you count my "unofficial" roommates Guy and Brad who I spend a lot of time hanging out with.
Right now I work about 45 hours a week and have two classes every week. Luckily I've had set days off since starting, so I've always been off Mondays and Tuesdays. Usually when I'm not in class or work, I'm hanging out with my roomies.
My family was here the 3rd week of my program. Everyone had a lot of fun playing in the parks, and it was really the first time I had played since starting the program. Now I usually hit the parks at least once a week.
I did have some health issues to deal with a couple weeks ago that kept me down for a few days and spent an entire day between an urgent care clinic and the Celebration Hospital ER, but thankfully a change in medications has helped that, and things are going smoother on that point.
A quick recap of this week so far (because I can't really remember what's happened before...time flies here). Monday I spent the day at MK with Guy, Brad, and Brad's family who was visiting. We left our apartment about 9:30, finally made it into the park about 11:00 after dealing with some ticket issues at guest relations. We managed to make it all the way through the park, doing every ride that we wanted before Spectro except for PotC, which was having issues. I rode Splash Mtn finally and LOVED it! I also got to see the Utilidors for the first time, which was really neat. We caught some awesome viewing of Spectro and Wishes from the top of the train station and then went to Rainforest Cafe in DTD for dinner.
Yesterday we didn't go to class and decided that it was much more important to run errands since it was the only free time we had this week. So we took care of grocery shopping, clothes shopping, phone shopping, and hair cuts(as you can see, being a CP is quite glamorous). We had planned on going to Illuminations (which I still haven't seen yet), but some thunderstorms came up, and we decided to just have a movie night.
Today I had class at CSR, we got to meet the Bell Services manager from the GF and the Rooms Operations Manager from CSR which was awesome! Then I worked this evening.
It's been a lot of fun thus far....and at this point, unless something drastic changes, I will be extending through January, so I'll get to see ALL of the MAYers visiting this year.
I can't wait til all the MAYers come to visit! Is it May yet![]()
