Well, I finally got through and I was told all they could do for me today is refund the shipping of the flowers. I told them that this had made the day not special and it made it very awkward for me. They said they couldn't do anything else for me, then they just hung up the phone.

yes def do that. you can charge it back... and get all ur money back... i would do that especially since they hung up on me without trying to find a resolution.... i work in a CC processing company and we see this all the time. you should win the dispute with no problem...
