My family and I are going to disney may 11-15th! I have been reading this forum for advice and news! My kids are 4 and 2 and I am pretty nervous about everything I am hearing with wait times. The plan is to go out early(we are awake anyways) come back to hotel and take a break, then get back out for dinner. Most of my fast passes are for afternoon, except for a few. Any other words of advice?

Later in the evening was much much better for lines for the kids. We had our little ones stay up and sleep in but not everyone wants that. Post wishes, the lines at MK were non-existent for the kiddie rides

Don't try to plan every minute if everyday. Plan you sit down meals and then just relax with everything else. It is easy to stress out if you try to of everything.

Pick up some Disney themed little items to have ready instead of the high price of kiosk light toys and glow sticks.

Most important - make sure you get in at least some of the photos with the kids!

My kids were the same age last year when we went. We rented a double stroller which was huge considering we never went back to the hotel for a nap. They got tired, the went in the stroller and napped. Mom and dad got to sit back and relax a bit. Both girls had meltdowns, nothing like your kid flinging themselves out the stroller and rolling down the showcase:rotfl2: good times.

We are going the exact dates, and my girls will be 2 (almost 3) and just turning 5. So about the same ages! Where are you staying? We are staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge, and I am so excited!
I get stressed about the planning too, but it helps to remember that we aren't doing any of the large, big ticket coasters and such, so that cuts down on wait times for sure! I am also considering signing up for touring plans to do custom touring to minimize stress!

We will be at AKL May 13-17 so we will overlap :)

We are staying at Art of Animation!!

We were going to stay there at first, even booked the little mermaid room. But then I changed my mine and switched to animal kingdom! Have fun and try not to stress! Our kids will love it no matter what!:thumbsup2

We'll be there May 12-16! My daughter will be turning 4 on the 15th and this is our first time. We'll be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. I have no idea what I'm doing exactly, either, but the main plan is to have a good time. I tried doing advance dinner reservations online for Cinderella's Table and Be Our Guest because she love Cinderella and Belle, but I suppose those get booked all up immediately.

Either way I'm sure she'll have blast because she's a Disney nut. Good luck, hope y'all have a great time! :woohoo:

Yes maybe! I will be the one with two little overly excited blonde girls and an extremely tall husband who is super annoyed by crowds! :rotfl2:

Haha! Well we look like that <---- except we will have a 3.5 year old daughter who will most likely be singing "Let it go" nonstop as she has been for months!

Like others have said, relax and enjoy your time. You can NOT do EVERYTHING in one trip, so please don't try! Save something for your next trip. And take a little while to enjoy Art of Animation. The resort is beautiful, and the main pool is great; they have speakers underwater so you can put your head and still hear the music clear as a bell.

Try Akershus in Epcot! When we went, we saw Belle, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, and Snow White. Reservations are easier to get here than Be Our Guest (only the beast appears ) and Cinderellas Royal Table

Just so you know, Belle no longer appears at CRT. She left when ETWB opened and now Jasmine is at CRT.

Since she loves Belle, make sure you do ETWB, it is fantastic!
