Tara,
I will share my spreadsheets once i make them for this cruise.
The main complaint about food is that it can be bland, but I was fine. I had lamb for the first time on the ship and it was wonderful.

Bland, that is interesting, I am a "foodie" have my degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism, eating is our hobby

Our first and only Disney cruise was the 11 night and they went ALL OUT with the food, I was quite impressed. I had lobster tail twice on one cruise, WOW! I have set my expectations way lower for the 4 night though. But, I can only imagine what they are going to do for a 15 night! Compared to Carnival and NCL, much better!
Thinking about it though, I don't eat meat, seafood and dairy yes, and lots of the vegetarian food was a little more "risky", like curries and such, that might explain it.
And if anyone wants to adopt/pay for them to go to Flounders as neices, nephews, grandkids, whatever, go for it, I will have 4 on this cruise, and two of them won't qualify for the free kids club!
