Good morning everyone! Yes I am on this cruise, but have very little time to get to chat much. I was just wondering if anyone else is getting ready to buy their airline tickets as well> or is it just me? I am not wanting to wait too long as I know they will go up. WE are having to buy 2 sets of one way tickets, so I can buy the first set today and then in 3 weeks the returns. I already have our rental car for the drive to the port, and am working on a hotel in Cocoa. Then I will get the DLR hotel in place! I have the rental car for Cali all set as well. I had to use Alamo out of the Long Beach airport as nothing was closer to the Port of LA.! Wish there was as to not waste so much time. We are getting off the ship and driving to DL, then Vegas, then San Fransico for a little bit of sight seeing! We figured while we were already out there!!!!

Sorry for the rambling, just grabbing my few moments of quiet this morning before the Princess arises!

We are beginning to think about airfares, but we have to wait till 13 months from our return trip before we can book. Hope you understand that!!! I am wondering whether to book soon or wait till there is a sale - but that might be around Christmas!!! Aaaagh, can I wait that long?!

Well come to Atl and we'll have our own dismeet. When will Tyler be 6? My DGS will be 6 in August and will be in kindergarden. He loves the Disney cruise!

We went to Atlanta for a DIS meet last year! We had a great time at Stone Mountain Park. Not likely that we will get that far away this year though. Too much going on here.

People who didn't know my name knew who the eeyore girl was. Also I love ariel and that is not Cinderella's castle it is MINE!!! So there is me in a nutshell.

when did you do the college program? I did it Spring '04, and had a blast!! did you live in vista or were you lucky enough to get chatam?

Sorry no, I was out yesterday, unfortunately my cat is missing... and we expect the worse. I'm back at work today, but busy - I have the cam up now - but so far nothing. I know something will happen eventually - the reason I got to watch so much the other day is that our IT department has the systems up and down so much I gave up!

I'm not locked out of programs I had access to, and find it very frustrating to not be able to do my job. But trying to be patient - at work, watching the Africam and in life... struggling, but trying.

I usually stay on-site but last time I tried Anaheim Inn I think it is called. It was right across the street and had an indoor pool. It was O.K. I guess a place to put your head on. I have heard good things about Candy Cane Inn and Hojo.

I know I'm putting my two cents worth in here waaayyy late in the game. But I have to say, my family LOVES Candy Cane in. It's just as good as staying on site. It's a quick walk to the parks and you're right in back of TT. They have a lovely breakfast at the pool in the mornings and the rooms are great. If you get one of the rooms facing DL you can see the fireworks perfectly. We've stayed there 6 or 7 times now.

I did the Fall 05' and absoultly loved it!!!! I was actually lucky enough to get chatam. Where did you work?

Are you sure you guys that saw stuff - aren't in on Bubba's joke - that he really has a model with a webcam on his computer and he's just playing insect noises to throw me off?

I did hear a strange sound at work - but nothing came into view... really strange birdy type noise.

What's the time difference -does anyone know? OHHHHH I see something!

A bird? WHAT IS IT???? It might be a meer cat - I can't get an idea of size because I don't know the size of the "pond"... But it's moving!!!! It looks like a small - I CANT see it clearly enough - wish I could move the camera! But I finally see something! Where is everybody???? Come out and play.

I recorded different sounds at the zoo! The time diff. is 9 hrs ahead of Pacific standard Time. Around 9:00 pm is close to sunrise there right now. The camera changes to color after sunrise. As soon as someone gets up at the lodge to operate the camera, it does follow the animals. Sorry, no Meerkats. Look up Kruger National Park to see the area in South Africa that this game preserve is in. It is called Nkorho. The Nkorho Lodge only accomadates 10 to 12 people at a time. You can hear them partying at night sometimes. Sorry for the ramble, but this site rocks!Hope your gato comes home! Our "daughter" is pretty much a homebody, so she never leaves the back yard which is very small and fenced in.

Was on earlier with DD 12, just sunrise and some birds.

Had to work for a bit online doing some mailing stuff, but I am back on now.

Now it's AMAZING!! Zebra, wildebeast, gazelles, so cool!

Ok, back to work!

Hey Karen! How ya doin'? I think the gazelles you're seeing are impalas, as zebra, wildies(wildebeast) and impala are the most plentiful.

I see something on the far right too, but it's just a bit too far out of sight for me to see what it is. I can only see a bit of it. OOOOOOOOhhh! I just saw it move its head! It's the rhino! Making lots of grunting sounds. SO COOL!!!!
