You know, I still don't get it. Must be my blonde roots showing again. One of Tyler's Veggie Tales CDs in the car has "On the Road Again" on it, so I'll have to listen to it again and see if I can figure it out. Can't stand being clueless! Will listen on the way to work today. Just can't figure out the digga, dang, digga, dang part. Feeling lost.

But it's Friday, so who cares! And my best friend from back home is coming to town today for a sleepover! We often go months without seeing each other because she's an hour and a half away, she has 3 kids, and works double shifts quite often as a nurse. But she has the weekend off, kids are staying with grandma & grandpa, Tyler's at his dad's until tomorrow late afternoon, so we get to spend real time together, without one of us chasing kids around. CAN'T WAIT!

A sleepover without kids...sounds like you two are going to have a lot of catching up to do. Have lots of fun and enjoy! What is your friend's name? Will there be wine or cocktails involved? My best friend is a nurse too and she lives 1 1/2 away also. Her kids are grown, but they still take up all of her time and money. They're in college now. Her name is Cindy and she often works doubles, mostly nights. It's really hard for me to know her schedule and when it's best to reach her. We've been friends since we were 16 years old. I can't remember the last time the two of us spent time together alone. She and her husband have done two cruises with me and John. Those times were the best! Hope you have a great weekend together.

Happy Friday everyone! We're leaving for St Pete around 3ish this afternoon....and I am sure the weekend will fly by, they have a way of doing that whether you are at home or not.

I was cleaning off my dining room table last night - that is where all my cruise stuff is....and now I have two boxes...I was looking through some of it and I have a pack of clothespins in there and for the life of me I can't figure out why they are there unless one of the girls shoved them in there....I bought them (and I only needed two) to make the hair bows....?? I do have a sewing kit in there ---- someone is bound to need a needle and thread over the course of 15 days...

Gretchen (DD10) has been practicing for Mulan every since November when she got the role of Crickee in the play. She has worked so hard, practicing 2-3 times a week, along with all of her other extra stuff. Anyway, the show was this week.....she did it 4 times!! Twice on Tuesday and Twice on Wednesday.

No, actually I did not meet the other young man at Knotts, I met him at church, we were just at Knotts with the youth group when the big event happened. And yep, Dennis is the Majors for me and definately a step up from any of the fellows I had met before!

Gretchen is ADORABLE and I'll bet she's quite a good actress since she is so expressive in her role. You must be especially proud of her to do such a great job at such a hard time. I'm glad you shared these with us.

I'm OK! Well, work has been pretty busy, so no time to DIS there lately, but absolutely NO social life, just lurking here a lot lately. I've been reading everything, but haven't had anything to say about any of the topics, unfortunately.

Her name is Shelly......nope, no wine involved, but definitely dinner and maybe a beer for me and her drink of choice is an Amaretto sour. We mainly just want to relax and have time together to catch up. She'll be going through a divorce soon (her husband moved out a week ago), so I suspect she just needs to get away from the situation for a short time and have a shoulder to lean on for a bit.

I have been meaning to post this info, but time...where does it go?! I have reserved 2 hummerzines for a one way trip from MCO Hyatt to Port. At this point, we have 2 hummers and 2 luggage vans. I think we will probably need both. They are both set to go out at 9am for now, but I can change that once people get their flight info. I have reserved them on a cc, and I figure we can all bring cash there to pay them. It is $376.00 per hummer plus tip. That means 18.80 per person, plus tips. Here are the breakdowns of the limos...just in the order that people PM'd me and the way we could get 20. As you can see at the bottom, there were 3 families that PM'd me later and I do not have any more room. Happy Limo has more limo's but I think the next largest holds 14. There is also the company that Lisa (Calmom) had contacted about a party bus, http://www.a1limobus.com/jumbo.htm , if someone wants to check that out, then you would have even more room for other people to join in. So, I will try and get PM's out to everyone...and once people start determining exactly when they will be able to leave for the port, please PM me. Yes, I know this is way ahead of the game, but it is set now and we can just sit back and wait until we book airline tix...then we can just sit and wait until we can book excursions....! If you don't want to be in the limo anymore, please let me know that as well.
