I knew I'd have to confess this sooner or later...we the kids and I are DS freaks. We play Animal Crossing all the time and visit each other regularly. Wilson got his last Xmas on the cruise, Molly got hers for her bday and I got mine around Halloween (early Xmas this year) DH, Paul thinks we are nuts. He can't understand why we would want to play these dumb games all the time. We are having a blast. We live in a worlds where I can pay off a mortgage in a week or less and fish and buy clothes and house stuff with out a care in the world.

Hello, my name is Nanette and I am a DS Animal Crossing addict.

I holding off on getting Wii because I think we'll never get to see tv shows. If I can get a bigger tv in our bedroom (for the Wii) that would be ok. The kids can play it in there while we are watching tv in the family room.

Don't get me wrong, I love MY DS. Brain Age and Tetris are my favorites, DD just hates it.

Here's something funny....a bunch of us girls (6 or 7 of us) had dinner planned at Bennigan's this Thursday. I managed to convince everybody to switch to Mango's Grill, where Alejandro works! I wonder if he'll get embarrassed seeing us all giggling. Poor guy!

I remember those days. I just wish I saw my DH enough to giggle around him with my GF's. Now the mouse has him hostage.

Wasn't the weather AWESOME today! We got some of that California sunshine, and over 70 degrees! I took the dog for a 2 mile walk tonight!

I don't think we have any firemen onboard. That's OK....you're still fun!

LOVED the weather today! Felt so great to be outside! And my furnace got a major break. It's still 62 degrees outside, so maybe it won't have to come on all night!

She is SO NICE!!! 2 weeks ago, she spent 2 1/2 hours signing autographs and letting all the little girls in DD's K-2 school. She told them all how important reading was to everyone and was a total doll! She is just sweet sweet!!! If she had not already been in modeling, we would worry about her with the paranas. She is so nice, this is what she says about the other contestants. Some are really nice and others are just very competitive. Sure.. I believe that....

Is there a section where we vote on that specific category. Is it the day of the competition or now? Never mind I think it is the day of the competition from reading your post. She is beautiful.

It's on the side of the main site www.missusa.com I think it should start soon and they announce it during the show, so you should be able to vote until the day of the competition.

I feel like a silly schoolgirl, but it sure is fun! However, I doubt I'll keep him around long. He called me THREE times today after work. That's not cool. Since I lose 3 days with Tyler every week, the days he's with me are all about the two of us spending time together. He can wait until tomorrow to call me. Silly boy.

My advice is don't tell anyone your first brain age.... Everyone that borrows my DS takes it once, then goes into a corner to practice. Then they come back after about an hour and give me a score... They are either in shock or really training.

Thanks..I'll keep them tonight (they are not fighting!!). Only Daniel will be with me on this cruise.

I was thinking, you know how 20% of the people do 80% of the work at school, church, community....etc. I bet all of us in this group fall into that 20% who care about the world around us! And, we are all so proud of our families!!
