Went to look!!! Now I want some to put in my microwave!!

Well, they're not good to eat after being microwaved, just fun to watch for us folks who don't like eating them! As kids, we always got tons of them in our Easter basket, so we came up with creative uses for them!

He's not a pocketsized Capt. Jack ... but he's not too full sized either. He's not mine...he'll be a stowaway... he's appeared in other Dis TR's by a very talented author... and he has already cruised as late as last fall... & he's got a reputation... which I'm not sure is a good thing or not...

If it goes through, I have permission to handle him anyway I need to... I'm just not allowed to drown him...

Samantha was so excited this am...the Tooth Fairy left $10!! She put it in her cruise savings envelope and made sure to comment hers seemed much larger than Haley's!

When the Tooth Fairy came to our house she would give the girls more money if the tooth showed good dental hygiene. A tooth with a filling was worth ALOT less money.

So I should probably go adjust my weight loss ticker, but just don't want to see it in print. I've gained 3 pounds. But it doesn't really bother me because I've still LOST 42 pounds!!!!!! In fact, one of my co-workers was teasing me today about my pants falling down. She asked if I need suspenders! She told me she hates to admit it, but she just has to say that my clothes just don't look very attractive anymore. Honest, she WAS NOT being mean about it....it was all said jokingly. But it's true!

That tax refund next week will help buy new clothes too!

WELL... We aren't paying for our cruise until after Jan 22, it's when we meet with our financial advisor.

I highly suggest avoid full "dis"closure. What your advisor doesn't know won't her them or you

Marshmallow Peeps are fun to put in the microwave! They grow about 5 times their size!

Okay, I know I'm a wimp...loved the first hour of this movie...loved Johnny Depp, this really is a good movie BUT I won't ever be seeing it again!I'm just too squeemish I closed my eyes for lots of it, I have good friends who tell me when it's safe to open them again, but the sound effects are disgusting too Okay, I think I used enough smilies to get my point across There are actually a lot of humourous parts, albeit dark humour.And my back is hurting from all that scrunching down in my seat

It sounds like you are in nursing school?? I actually remember so many of my "firsts" of being a nurse-so mant great memories, Wait until you give your first shot.

yep, just started this week. itdoesn't seem to be too bad yet, but I know once clinicals actually start I'll be singing a different tune!

OMG, I was in such a panic. A few days ago I changed my email address here on the DIS from my yahoo account to my verizon account because I wasn't getting DIS email notifications anymore. Well, a message popped up after I made the change that said, "You'll receive an activation email with a link to confirm the email address is valid. You will not be able to post or receive PMs until you activate your account." Of course that never came so I emailed the DIS. But still nothing happened other than an automated response that offered no help. Then I created another account, with my old email address. Same message, same problem. I created a THIRD account with my son's email address...again same message, same problem. I thought I'd never get back on the DIS and I was so sad!!! And panicked...how would I make it through the next 90 days without my DIS friends? I emailed Kaylee and asked her to PM a moderator for me but still nothing. So today, out of despiration, I created a new DIS account (hence my DIS name is now LiserAnn3) using my work email address, which I really didn't want to use because it's a no-no but what else could I do? Well, it worked...no activation message poped up or anything. So, I'm not sure what to think, but all I can say is DON'T TOUCH your DIS account if you don't have to. You really can't get anyone to help you when something goes wrong. The last three days have been awful because of the lack of help. Anyway, I'm so glad to be back and please notice my new user name...I'll be at the bottom of posts from now on but that's fine, I'm just glad to be back on.

OH MY GOSH…..I’ve been sitting on hold with the Michigan Tax Tribunal for almost ½ hour! I’m about to give up on this project and just tell my boss I can’t waste time today sitting on hold all day and will try again on Monday. Good grief!!!! Must be their afternoon naptime!
