Hello,
We are first time cruisers. We made our final payment last week. We're very excited.

There are three of us, DW, Heather, DS, Cameron (10) and myself Joe. Is there a master of list of cruisers? We are in SoCal, just north of LA, and were wondering if there are others from our area planning to be on board.

We have several questions that we will post at a later time.

Usually the rollout of new Major Apple hardware and software for the new year - Macs, iPods, iPhone, etc. For us Apple/Geek nerds.

Katie is a MAC convert. She thinks her folks are nuts for having a PC. Heck I have barely figured this out, going to a new computer would do me in.

We have several of them in pink, yellow, blue and green and the one that Carol made. Not sure which one will be used on the May cruise.


Why can't the wider ones work?? The one Carol made is the same width as the two shown here.

I bought one from ebay, but it is one of the wider ones and won't work.

Then I ordered a Mickey Head Diaper holder, with the intention of modifiying it as a fish extender.

Our third and final one is from Pahrumpgirl. Thank goodness she made them.

Received more information on the Super Bowl events during our Manager's meeting today. Both teams are staying in Scottsdale. The West Side just hasn't built up enough I guess. Don't understand why one team wouldn't stay at the Wigwam. Really like that resort and it is close to the Westgate development. Pretty much all the SB events will take place in the Scottsdale area. The NFL Experience will be at Westgate. John Travolta will be holding his party at the Gallery near Fashion Square. P Diddy and Chris Rock are having their party at Axis Radius (near Fashion Square).

Strange one is Victoria Secrets will be at Iron Horse Pass???? Panties and horses go well together I guess?! Couldn't be further from Scottsdale or Westgate.

ESPN will be staged at the Riverwalk at Fashion Square. If you know the area, the dirt lot behind the parking structure of a certain retailer will receive a "temporary" two million dollar facelift. Part of this will be a flag football stadium. Don't have all the details but from what I understand there will be a team of celebrities.

We were given the "celebrity" training for what is to be expected. It is going to be a busy, but exciting time. Especially if you like to rub shoulders with folks from the entertainment field. I have been known to (physically) bump into a few people on "accident" - namely Jennifer Aniston! She may have thought the first time was just that, but the second time . . . . . she was on to me!

04. I had just left for the college program, but my brother and sister in law were on the short list for Conan O'Brian staying in there house. I remember a couple of years ago when the NBA all star game was here. it was absolute insanity.

I just called them to see about the two week charge (if there was a difference) their May calendar isn't up yet, but he seemed to think it would be the week charge. So for the combo $122.50.

I am watching Jon and Kate plus 8 for the first time. Jon and Kate don't seem to get along. Kate seems to always be telling him how to do things. Jon just seems to punish the kids all the time, I mean if he grabs one more of them by the arm I think i will scream!

I'll have to come to peace knowing we'll pay top $ for everything(I got in after everyone so my tix were more$ and we went through DCL so no unboard credit DH doesn't want to change ressies to TA fear there would be a mix up and wants to take no chances)

My DH said the exact same thing yesterday. I asked him do you want me to move it to Costco or DU. I was leaning towards DU, $600 goes a long way towards my rum & coke habit, but Paul said NOPE, he doesn't want it getting screwed up and us losing our ressie. So I guess we can be sad and together. I think we get $50 for booking with Disney Visa, wopee!

my kids changed each night for dinner. I'm not sure what I'll do, that's ALOT of clothes....I'm afraid that I can't even get that many outfits that would fit Molly easily right now. I think I'll plan on sedning out laundry and having them wear their pants a couple of times at least.

Hi everyone!

Just been lurking for a bit since our plans have been a bit up in the air. It looks like we'll be cancelling this cruise as there are some family problems with my mother which it doesn't look like will be resolved in time to cruise. Have to admit that at times life sometimes sucks. We have been going back and forth about cancelling and haven't made the final decision yet but it's looking more and more like cancelling is the prudent thing to do (unfortunately). We'll probably end up just moving our deposit to a cruise in 2009 but it still sucks since I was so looking forward to this cruise.

Ok hubby made it through his hospital stay and is now on his way back to Iraq so now I have time to come back to the boards - wanted to spend as much time with him offline as I could before he left Now I did miss you all but he pays for the cruises! LOL

I was looking at the website and saw that the person who was doing the kids group is now not cruising - do we still need someone for that - I would be glad to do it if so.

Now I am off to hopefully still sign up for the Fish Mail and get some bracelets as I hunt though my mail and things to find the right people to contact and also go back 8 days I think and get caught up on messages - which will take me days

ok this is sad, mine is purple too, but I might just have to empty my first cruise folder (the contents which needs to be scrapbooked) and use it again. It's a really cool bamboo/rattan folder, it was so beachy looking. We call those folders "OUR FOOTBALL" it contains all the important stuff. I long for the day that all can be held in a digital device...rather than a bulky folder.
