Ooohh...let us know. I'd do anything besides surgery to not have to diet!...Speaking of that, after my calorie rich weekend down with the mouse, the pre cruise diet is back on! Trying to lose the 5 gained this weekend and some more! Seems like the final count down is on...

My countdown says there are 34 days until we leave.

That breaks down to just 4 weekends before we hit the road.

When put that way, it sure doesn't seem like very long... and there is still so much to do!

on no....
we have five weekends.....that means five weekends to work on the tan!:lmao:

Hi there, just a quick check in. 250 pages behind, my busiest time of the year at work with cookies and all, and DD is dance competitions, so really really busy. Probably won't be able to be looking everyday for at least another week or so.

But here is a picture of Jamie during dance competition where her team won first place for her division overall this last weekend!

Holy cow how high did she jump in the air? What an amazing photo.
Congrats Jamie!!!!!

we have quite a few things going on in April, so we'll be busy. I think John's softball is starting the playoffs this week so he'll then get a break from softball and they will probably start back up on the cruise.

Hi Marilyn. I'm on the Cruiseline formal site. I don't see where they are asking for shirt seam length. help

https://secure01.bellsouth-hosting.net/ssl.cruiselineformal.com/secure/order_dcl_m.html

right near the bottom of the Measurement Information section. It asks for Neck and Sleeve measurements. (Located right after Customer information)

Sleeve measurement would be the outer sleeve. "Sleeve Measurement: Bend elbow slightly. Measure from center of neck (backside) to your shoulder, down to the elbow, and down to your wrist."

Line 6 is what you need to measure:

For instance, my neck is 16.5 and my sleeve is 34/35

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I see that info, couldn't see where it said shirt seam length, I thought I might be on the wrong page. DH is a 37" sleeve. We refer to him as gorilla arms.

sounds interesting kaylee....have to let us know how it goes!

I'll keep you all informed. Not so sure I'll get all treatments in before leaving..I told her I needed 3 before the prom next weekend so I could sit in my dress, :lmao:

Weight loss has been the focus of my practice for a while....not just losing but helping people through supplements keep off what they have lost. So, Kami's treatments will go along with the classes I teach and such. Wish I had the easy answer, but I haven't found it yet...working on it though!

I have tried the Progresso...0 point soups, what I want to know is how can the ones which have pasta in them be 0? I picked up some fruit to go with it and some pickles and olives for snacking!

Very important to keep in mind that those point are per serving. Check the can. There are 2 servings in a can.

As with any food, if you double the servings, you:

- Double the Calories
- Double the Fat
- Double the Fiber

Then calculate the points. The points can change and are not always just doubled.

There is a veggie burger I like that is 1 point for 1 burger, however 2 burgers are 3.5 points.

I always tell new members this in the Getting Started Session.

Check with your WW meeting leader for more info.

I still find it funny that we have been counting down for 450-500ish days and now we are all starting to panic over getting everything done. I pulled out the suitcases yesterday and turned the guest room into packing central...Scott thought i was crazy...but when I explained everything we have going on this next month, he understood. I also just found out I have a seminar I have to teach at in Portland (Angie/Dennis, I think you will already be on the road) May 2-4....that takes away my last weekend for packing:scared1: The weekend before is opening weekend of fishing and 3 family bday parties....the weekend before that is Passover...and before that is the prom. OMG I am totally stressed now...I don't have a free weekend before the cruise to get ready...YIKES. Like I said, how could I have let this happen when I have know about this for over a year?! :confused3 Am I the only one?!

thanks!! I actually didn't end up eating it yet, just had the fruit and was full, can you believe that? So I can save it for tomorrow...or have a nice soup for dinner. :thumbsup2
I need to go back, even though I will have to pay, but I need to find someone to go with! When I became lifetime, it was because I went with two co-workers and it became a competition almost!

Now that you are back, here are the magnets.

Here is the basic one that I have been doing for everyone, with a slight modification because of how you said you wanted it.

I'm glad you posted this, thanks.:thumbsup2 I would have sent in his inside sleeve seam length.:scared1:

Ian - do you know anything about Weight Watchers at work? Does it cost the company anything to have them come onsite? I think you have to have x amount of people sign up.

Ok so I have had a stressful week. My grandmother went down hill, my uncles keep calling about my insane dad, and my stepdad fell. My grandparents are coming home tomorrow and I was supposed to clean my house this week but instead I have been making door sign and planning the cruise. Tomorrow I am going to a Disney Scrapbook class.
Your signs are very cute! But what awful luck you and your family have had lately.     Sending lots of hugs your way!
