I don't really have anything tropical for the girls....John has a ton of Hawaiian shirts....and I have a tropical looking dress. I went to Dillard's and the coverups were outrageous...$68! That's insane! I am hoping to drop a few pounds and then take my gift card on my shopping spree....!

I went and filled up the truck on lunch - $62! Goodness.....I will not be driving anywhere but to and from work!

I paid $3.79 per gallon yesterday!

What swing dancers are you refering too?

Every Friday and Saturday a bunch of folks gather with their dancing shoes and a live band and also pretaped music (during the band break) plays big band/swing music. There are people from 16-100 who dance, play cards, eat, watch the fireworks. There is a hidden bathroom right there with chairs and tables to the left of the castle. There are people who have been coming since 1955. We go as often as possible and hang out.

Taylor is still sleeping. Making up for all the lost time over the weekend. Thanks again to Nan and Marr (marr especially) for putting up with me over the weekend. I have said before, and will say again, most people only go 1 time to DL with me and then never again!. Can we say OCD on ride/time management! HAHAHAHAHHA

It was WONDERFUL to have you in Dland. I think we are ALL OCD enough to let it go and I for sure will Dland with you again...(ha we aren't in the same car, easy for me to say!)

Taylor is a joy. I'm so glad we went out at night together just me and Marr with her, because I now feel like she likes me too I'll be sure to send her a thank you for making sure I got that cake in Storytellers Cafe.

has anyone ordered from cruiselineformal for this cruise yet? I just wondered if the charge was just the same as the weekly rental. I still have to do that. John wants the two jacket package.

We ordered from them.....John got the black and white jacket package and it cost about $130 total.....not bad for the amount of time. I was wondering though, they put it right in your stateroom......for us it's a lifeboat.......when they deliver it but how do they get it back from you if the boat is now in CA and not FL??? Oh well, not my worry.

Gotta love that motto. I think I will start and live by that one. I was diagnosed with MS in 2000 and my brother in 2001. My brother has gone down hill so quickly to the point where he can't do much for himself and is in a wheelchair. However, I have been blessed with a miracle and no major effects other than the first symptoms. That certainly changed my outlook on life and I will now live it to the fullest so that I don't leave this earth with any regrets. We are cruising and loving it and fifty years from now, I will not be sorry I spent the money but I will be glad I didn't let the opportunity pass me by. We are making such wonderful family memories in the process.

Take care and live life like you have never lived it before and dance like nobody's watching.

Very important to keep in mind that those point are per serving. Check the can. There are 2 servings in a can.

As with any food, if you double the servings, you:

- Double the Calories
- Double the Fat
- Double the Fiber

Then calculate the points. The points can change and are not always just doubled.

There is a veggie burger I like that is 1 point for 1 burger, however 2 burgers are 3.5 points.

I always tell new members this in the Getting Started Session.

Check with your WW meeting leader for more info.

You noticed. Yes, only one serving is 0 points, but if you eat the whole can, then I think it comes out to 1.5 points. If you double the cal, fat and fiber then caculate the points it is not 0 any more. But 1.5 for me is great. Bubba has a can every day for lunch. We find them very filling.

And fruit is always a great choice. We have had some great strawberries lately. Hard not to want to dip them in the chocolate though.

Boy, do I miss living in Monterey. We loved the produce stands and the fresh stawberries. MMMMMMMMM
