I want to know too and I asked last week I think. Nobody came back to me so I guess nobody knows!:confused3

Well I can't believe that no one in this group has booked their shuttle from the port in LA as of yet.

So what time did everyone else book it for?

Marilyn and I are both requesting some assistance, please. Pretty please with smarties on top.... ;)

Sorry - a friend traveling on the cruise too is having her son pick us all up - we are just calling him in the morning to arange a time.

Yes, Ian, you are correct...some people (which would probably only be me) have begun packing....for the simple reason I pack for all four of us and the girls have almost new everything plus it keeps my mind off things. DH wears a uniform to work, so most all his shirts are new and not touched. While bags are not closed and zipped, things are hanging all around my living room ready to go. And one cruise box is ready for shipping as well!

Sorry, we're having a car pick us up and take us home, but we haven't scheduled it yet. I'm assuming we'll have them be there by 11:00ish.

And we are going to DL not the airport, so I don't know either.

We are going to DL too, but need to get there! Has anyone booked their transport/transfers yet? Just need to know what time to book for.

Yeah I'm not going to the airport either. But I'm also not staying onsite at DL, just at one of the Good Neighbour hotels. Our TA told us the transfers from the port to the hotel/resort that we initially said yes to when we booked the cruise were only good if we were staying at the DLH, PP or GC. So we dropped that end of the trip and now have to book a shuttle from the port to the hotel.

I just have no idea what time to tell them to have the van there by...

Hi everyone,

I called DCL a little while ago to make sure all my SBC had been applied and while I had the agent on the phone I asked if she could see which dining rotation I had. I'm down for "late", I knew that, but wondered which of the three times I had.

Anyway, she said she had heard that for the PC cruises and the Westcoast cruises they were going back to having just the 2 seatings, not the staggered times. Who knows? Just thought I'd pass that along.

Did I read correctly that some people have started packing already for a vacation in May? Or, is that buying things in preparation?

Some of us are still shopping and others are all packed and standing by the door waiting for the airport car service to come by and get them! :lmao:

BOTH! Not me though. My style is to throw a bunch of clothes in a suitcase the night before, right before I head to bed. Grab my bathroom stuff in the morning after my shower and toss that in. Tyler does the same, plus some books & a few favorite toys, and I double-check his stuff. That's it! Simple and stress-free.

See you call that stress free but that would stress me the heck out!

OH I agree. I have to pack and repack for a week. There are checklists involved....it's a process.

That would be great if they did!

I'm with you - I'll start my packing list soon. And probably about 2 weeks before we leave I'll actually start to pack (I actually keep a list for what is in each suitcase as I pack it too). :thumbsup2

For what it's worth, when I did the West coast cruise back in '05 we were off the ship before 10 a.m. Actually, I was off sooner, because they had two lines, one for passports and one w/out passports. I was in the passport line, which was way shorter but my sis and her son were in the other so I had to wait for them.

Another report:

I purchased my PHX to MCO one-way on Frontier last June for $153. Since I purchased it, the flight times drastically changed (as has happened to others on here). So because of that, Frontier would let me cancel with no penalty.

I did some checking and found a one-way, non-stop (my Frontier had one stop w/a couple hrs. layover) on US Air for $103! :cool1: I'm so excited! I leave PHX at 9 a.m. and get into MCO at 4:30! My Frontier flight left at 6:30 a.m. This is so much better and it's cheaper, too!

Also, for those of you first timers to disneyland, there is an attraction as you walk in on the right side called 50 years of magic/disneyland. It's just a museum but it's very interesting. Gives some great info on the park and changes and it has a scale model of space mountain. I took the 21 year old who was with us and he just stared at that model for 15 min. trying to figure it out. We walked out with him saying, "but the building doesn't look that big, how do they do that?"

I think that is where they have the really cute movie with Donald Duck and Steve Martin

Oh yea..who's doing the coke points. I have a bunch of codes and I can't remember who to pm them.

We're doing coke points!

Lisa/Disneylover5 was the person....

OK, anyone not sending to Lisa already is welcome to send them to us.
